The world is experiencing dramatic changes. Our traditional linear prediction and forecasting methods are less effective than before in describing the future. The talk will be based on some initial examinations of Sci-Fi movies as well as ChatGPT interactions to suggest alternative methods to describe the future of work and organization.

報告人簡介：

新加坡國立大學商學院組織管理系教授，2012-2017年亞太中文EMBA學術主任，國際應用心理學雜志（Applied Psychology, International）前副主編，組織行為學雜志（Journal of Organizational Behavior）編委。研究領域是管理心理學，所研究的題目包括基因與管理行為、領導行為、日常情緒與壓力管理、求職和就業過程、工作家庭關系、員工發展、跨文化行為與創業等。宋博士的文章常發表于一些國際專業期刊上，如《Proceeding of National Academy of Sciences》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Business Venturing》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》、《Human Relations》等。其研究，特别是關于基因與管理行為相關性的開創性研究，被經濟學人（Economist）、紐約時代報（New York Times）網絡版、華盛頓郵報（Washington Post）網絡版等媒體報道。
